We run weekly classes in Tai Chi and meditation for beginners, advanced levels and beyond. Both arts contain physical, mental and emotional mindfulness. Regular classes will take you further than you ever imagined possible.
Workshops, intensives and retreats are incredible places to explore, experience and deepen your practice and understanding of your chosen arts. Most are open to absolute beginner and are designed to get you under the skin of Tai Chi or meditation and take away something unique. Experienced people also use them to gain 'breakthroughs' leading to new perspectives, outlooks and progress.
