Service Description

Please wear comfortable clothing as this therapy is done fully clothed. Gently opening the energy channels, deeply relaxing the soft tissues, releasing stored emotions, feeling and re-aligning the body. Through light touch and open hearted intent the therapist helps you synchronise mind, body and spirit in the moment. Deep levels of relaxation and healing can occur. Effects can be profound and energising.
