Service Description

Posture testing creates authentic Tai Chi which truly works with the concepts and principles of internal energy. Join us for a day of making practice more fruitful, both as the tester and the one being tested. Whether a total beginner or experienced Tai Chi adept, this workshop will be of value and help you move forwards. The workshop runs from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break and two tea breaks. Green tea will be provided, and you’re welcome to bring your own lunch if you’d like to eat in the cabin. ​Non MDA members - £65 MDA member price - £60
