Our meditation classes are run on a drop-in basis and are suitable for all, whether you are a complete beginner or you have been meditating for many years. The sessions are 1.5 hours and include sitting meditation, walking meditation, group discussions and teachings on secular mindfulness, compassion and Buddhist philosophy and how we can apply this to daily life.
