Service Description

An Internal Energy Exercise in Connection, Sensitivity, Centeredness and Skill Whether a total beginner or experienced Tai Chi adept, this workshop will be of value and help you move forwards. The workshop runs from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break and two tea breaks.
